2. User Obligations and Conduct

You agree to use LinkOurHearts solely for its intended purpose: private communication between two connected users.

• **Respectful Conduct:** You agree to treat your partner with respect and refrain from using the app for harassment, abuse, or any unlawful activity.
• **Account Security:** You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• **Account Use:** Accounts are limited to two users who share a mutual invitation code. You may only hold one active user account.

3. Data and Privacy

All interaction data (moods, notes, history) is encrypted and shared strictly between you and your paired partner. We do not monitor, sell, or share your private interaction data with any third parties outside of our technical service providers necessary for operation.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Reasons for immediate termination include:

• Violation of respectful conduct (misuse or abuse).
• Attempting to access or modify the data of users other than your paired partner.
• Using the service for commercial purposes.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes.
